Hi there, this blog is my passion project and I’m glad you’re here! A Healthy Variety was created for the “healthy variety dieters” – those who don’t follow any kind of specific diet (vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, whole30, etc.) but want to make an effort to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.
As a physician assistant by day, I see firsthand how the way we choose to fuel our bodies impacts our health. I’ve also been in college for the last 6 years and understand that healthy cooking takes A LOT of time and energy. That is why my goal with this blog is to share some of my favorite recipes in the hope that it will help to make healthy, pretty food a sustainable part of your daily life.
